| Job Title: Software Engineer |
Duties: Participate in the development of the systems architecture including component definition, database definition, and interface design; analyze business requirements, prepare detailed system specifications, as well as implement and unit test solutions; collaborate with developers and architects of related systems to define, implement, and validate integration of systems; work to ensure adherence to coding conventions and procedures, as well as compliance with design and functional requirements; interface with the testing group and other users to screen and evaluate defects and determine the appropriate corrective action; and support the installation, monitoring, and operations of the systems in production phases; and use Net development (C#,VB.net, Asp.net, LINQ and Entity framework) including RDBMS and web user interface development (HTML, JavaScript, Ajax, JQuery).

| Job Title: System Administrator |
Duties: Working in a mixed environment of Windows 2000/2003/2008 servers, providing server support operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting; Configure Active Directory servers, deploying 2003/2008 servers for various projects, based on line of business requirements; Active Directory configurations, database troubleshooting, performing various health checks on servers, and confirming server performance accordingly; Define new AD Sites; perform modifications and updates for any upcoming new/existing infrastructure ; troubleshoot directory level authentication failures, replication issues within the forest, and Windows 2008 cluster issues with SQL clusters; Leverage Heavy Enterprise Change Management experience per ITIL Standards to manage change requests in Development and Production environments; Ensure all issues are mitigated and service-level agreements are met per client’s business needs and requests; building VSphere 4 VMs along with troubleshooting access-level issues along with ESX server administration and troubleshooting ; administration of VMWARE ESX, vSphere, Citrix MetaFrame, Terminal Server, and Commvault; troubleshoot DNS, WINS and any name resolution lookup failure issues on the desktop/server side; Interface with other teams such as x86 hardware, virtualization, tools, application and business teams; Create and maintain OS install automation as well as application installation automation using both packaged tools as well as various Windows scripting languages (PowerShell, VbScript, batch, etc.); Develop and maintain work instructions for OS and application based installation; Develop and maintain designs and deployment strategies for advanced Windows features such as IIS/FTP/SMTP as well as VMware; supporting installation, firmware/driver upgrades of the following hardware platforms: HP Proliant DL300/DL500 series rackmount servers; use TCP/IP and Internet servers (DNS, DHCP,HTTP/HTTPS, FTP, NNTP, SNMP).
